Why am I not receiving emails from Bianca Productions?

There are several possible problems here.

  1. Confirm that you are receiving emails from others. If you are not, check with ISP or email provider. Sorry for stating the obvious, but "oops" happens to the best of us.

  2. Ensure that we have your email address listed correctly by subscribing again on our Newsletter page.

  3. Note that you need to go to the link in our automated confirmation email before being added to our list.

These steps will ensure that our emails are being sent to you. However, it is still possible that you are not receiving the email even though it is sent. This is most likely due to a spam filter.

How do I get emails from Bianca Productions
if my spam filter is blocking them?

Since spam is such a large problem, most ISP's have set up very zealous spam detectors. The unfortunate fact and problem with this is that a computer cannot reliably determine what is and isn't spam. As a result, it is not uncommon for spam filters to mistake legitimate mail for spam. Unfortunately, we cannot correct your spam filter settings to allow emails from us. However, the good news is you will likely have control of these spam filters or might have even set them up yourself.

Here's what you can do:

  1. Check with your ISP on editing your spam filters - it is likely an option in your webmail interface. It is possible that the spam filters are in your email program, but these filters would most likely have been set up by you.

    • SBC Yahoo filters are available at mail.yahoo.com by selecting Options.

    • RoadRunner's webmail and filters vary depending on your location.

  2. Look in your bulk or spam email folder to verify if our emails have been mistakenly tagged as "spam".

  3. Have spam sent to a spam folder instead of being deleted. This allows you to check for mislabeled spam.

  4. Reduce the threshold for spam detection, which will unfortunately result in seeing more spam. Here you are balancing losing legitmate email with getting more spam.

  5. Add biancaproductions@msn.com to your white list (sometimes called a ham list).

  6. Depending on how your spam filter works, you might also need to add biancaproductions@msn.com to your address book.

  7. Complain to your ISP or email provider as a last resort. They may employ filters that you cannot control and that is not a very customer-friendly policy - especially if they have mislabeled your legitimate mail as spam.

We are sorry for the trouble and we wish there was more we could do to help, but spam filters are not something we can control from our end.
